Recruited and managed engineering, internet operations, QA, and design personnel. Drove product management, and made strategic technology choices. Delivered a high-availability service that drove up the membership base and increased profitability, despite severe technology hurdles with legacy systems. Designed and developed 2.0, the replacement for the Match.Com site and delivered into production with minimal attendant disruption to service and users' account data. Delivered high-risk but critical business-driven enhancements to the legacy site while Match 2.0 was under development. Managed and neutralized the adverse impact of Cendant’s poor management, systems and network operations on Match.Com. Achieved an increase in valuation from $4m to $54m in two years.
